Oval Cut natural non-treated deep blue sapphire from Madagascar bezel set in 14k yellow gold paired with 2 bezel set round brilliant diamonds on either side of sapphire 

Sapphire size: 6 x 8mm around 1.5-1.6 carats 

Diamond measures: 1.7mm each and 0.02 carats each
