Gorgeous sparkling necklace!

I bought this in a local shop and I couldn't be happier. The sparkle of the tourmaline is spectacular. The necklace is adjustable from 16 - 18 inches in length, which is great for adjusting for the neckline of different tops/sweaters.

Not able to wear

I cannot wear it because it is too small to hang around my neck. Wrote and was told to send it back and pay to have it extended. Not being mobile makes this too difficult

Hi Linda,
Thank you for your feedback, The necklace is made to standard length which is 16” to 18” adjustable, as per description on the site. We asked for a small contribution of $10 to extend the necklace (adding beads) and we offered to cover for the cost of shipping it back. It is free for you to ship it to us. You just need to download a shipping label.
We are a small business based in San Francisco and do everything by hand locally.
