Lapis Wired Paperclip Necklace

I received this necklace on an exchange and when it arrived and I put it on, I noticed that it was not laying flat on my neck. I’m not sure if it is the way the beads are wired, but they flip around constantly while wearing it. I was told that I could not return it and exchange it for another one or something else. Extremely disappointing. I was even going to exchange it for a higher price item but was told they only do one exchange. Not sure why but this is horrible customer service.
